..well... u dont understand... im already taking action in what i believe, and have done for a long time now... but this is not the topic here, about what i do...
..the topic was, how this world can change, if the people want change......and the way of course, is not the way that was done in Tiananmen, or in any other street protest... neither is the way of the man standing in front of a tank...
...yes, for sure...whatever freedoms we have now, they were all won with blood, sweat, and tears... but as we all see, it was not enough...we are still inside deep shit globally... we are living in a world with the most slavery than ever was..
....and yes..i say people wont change, because this is the FACT, so far...for very few people change willingly... and these are the true "heroes"...all these people are not shown anywhere, because the change is inside their minds, and the way they see things...
... sadly, all the rest, want to keep their comfort zone, and they only change when the outside situations, press them to do so... i have seen this everywhere so far... in all people's uprisings around the world...
... i dont say that people cannot change... but that the huge majority of people change only when they are thrown down of their couches from outside social pressures... and this is not negative thinking..it is a fact of life...
..personally i see Change ahead... and i see Change cause there is no other way... we are heading towards a brick wall... either we change direction... or we crash...

well.. 1st. for to happen all this revolt in Tiananmen, it means that the glass was overflowed... the people said enough is enough... it cant go on any more...and its completely understandable... like its happening now in many countries, in many cities, in many squares around the world...
... this riot in Tiananmen ended in blood of course, and nothing changed for the Chinese people.....
2nd....there were many "brave" men like him who played "heroes", and most of them ended dead, without to bring any significant change in the world.....
...hmm..he talked to the soldier inside the tank and asked him why he does that, and that he should not kill people.... so what??? he was expecting that he would bring instant enlightment to the guy inside the tank, and the guy would scratch his head in wonder for his new found knowledge???......unfortunately, things do not work that way...
..ok..maybe the guy in frond of the tank was pure in his intentions... but he was ignorant... at the very least...
...protests, fights, riots, screams, blood and violence, maybe was a way in the past for to bring change at the oppresed society... but not anymore... all these things now, the only results that may bring, is to strengthen even more the existing system, cause the system is feeding itself from these situations...
...in todays world, its very easy to bring change without a single drop of blood... but for to do this, the people must unite all...and must be aware for what they do... why they do it.. and what do they want to achive (or where do they want to go)...
...if all the people come to this understaning and agreement, then, they can do peaceful non-compliance and the system will crash....
...to give u a more specific example......they just need to stay inside their homes (with closed their tv's preferably) without to spend/buy anything exept from 2 meals (the most cheap but healthy they can find) and one bottle of water per day... and do this for a month... and its guarantee that the system will crash down as card-house, in a typhoon...
...in other words, the system will crash while the people would be relaxing.... its the most easy thing to do...
...but of course people dont want change...dont like change...so they will not do it...
...unfortunately for them... its coming a time when they will have to change one way, or another... or they will perish...
Wow is all I can say. He thought it worth a try. Simply awesome message in this about living what you believe. I do not think he was worrying about dying and realized that there really is no death to the soul. His actions came from his heart no doubt. I call him brave and he has strong faith in what is right, and thought for himself. He made his stand. Wow is all I can say. When put to a test I am not sure I could stand on my convictions like that.
