Those who are taking this drugs need to rethink as they are probably doing you more harm then good ....thousands and thousands may be taking aspirin and ibuprofen daily really hooked on them not realising that they are doing more harm then good

Actually there is a natural painkiller called WILLOW BARK

The bark of white willow contains salicin...In combination with the herb's powerful anti-inflammatory plant compounds (called flavonoids), salicin is thought to be responsible for the pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects of the herb.

  • Now I totally agree with you, here....I want you to know that I have no axe to grind with you....I will agree with you when I believe what you present....It is always good to limit and/or negate big pharma products...They are not natural.....Willow bark is indeed the original source for asprin....

Yes, some get hooked on regular drug taking, which is never good for health..

I would also suggest that an anti-inflammation regime is best served by intermittent fasting and selecting a cooking oil that does not promote inflammation, such as virgin olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, etc...

Anyway, congrats on a far better topic, that has the propensity to unite members, rather than divide us....You even went beyond your normal one-liner and included a link, other than Daily Mail, alone....👍
