The inner world creates the outer world and if most people are operating in a state of ignorance where they are spiritually asleep, then that is the world that will be created, and that is what we've had for so long now. The golden age is where everyone is awake and they are operating from their souls and not just the flesh, that is the main element to creating a golden age.
