Yes, in a nutshell
~ The Civil Year, that you understand is simply a Gregorian Year of 365 days for 3 years,
and, 366 for 1 year = 4 Gregorian Years
Prior to Pope Gregory there was 'no' Gregorian Year
~there was simply simple day-count
meaning, a sunrise was a start
and, a sunset was an end,
or, vice versa
there are some day-record-time-wisdom keepers
who watch the day, and,
others who watch the night
It was Jose Arguelles, of The Dreamspell who made popular his own interuption of day-record-time-wisdom keeping, related to his own understandings of The Maya, and, of The Mayan information
and, it was his equation of 364+1 = 365 = (364=91 days to a season x 4 seasons) +1
that he put into play, in order to balance, his time keeping system,
and, he simply utilized what he called his One '1' Day out of time
His formula, works for a regular Gregorian Year of 365 Days,
we are NOT sure, what happens during a leap year,
very likely he simply adjusted the calendar by adding '2' Days out of time,
we do NOT profess to be an expert in Arguelles day-record-time-wisdom keeping system,
however, we do know, that he did have the good sense to follow the moon cycles,
we were briefly introduced to his work, back in 1987 in Toronto,
at the time of The Original Harmonic Convergence,
and, many people NOT only enjoyed his work,
they were greatly enriched by the legacy,
that he has left behind, in our opinion,
he truly was one of the many, so-called masters of time
who have chosen to be incarnate, at this time, the ending of a grand cycle.
He is one who did good work, and, has already transitioned.
Greogorian time,
is equal to 24 hours per day,
or, 12 hours of day, and 12 hours of night
~the exact length of any 'natural' day,
is NOT really exactly 24 hours,
The Gregorian time forces days to become 24 hours,
or, two cycles of 12 x 2 = 24
~so, in one year,
say the world advances approx. ,
360 degrees
so, 360/15=24 x 15 = 360
~Thus in 4 Gregorian years,
you will have
(365 Gregorian days x 3 Gregorian years)
+ (365 Gregorian days +1 Gregorian day (for a leap year))
= 1461 Gregorian Days
