He is a fool because lockdown was an opportunity to remove corrupt businesses which are not in the mode of Goodness..and an opportunity to get rid of junk food joints but this fool is helping and encouraging them to carry on.
He has been giving them lumps of money which most will not pay back SO EVERY PENNY MUST COME OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET .
He must pay back all the money he has given out as most are having a good time and will not pay back .
Also his new offer EAT OUT TO HELP OUT is encouraging people to eat more mostly dead animal food ...meat serving restaurants
