I found that GINGER is very good for you and in Ayervedic terms it is called as being in the Mode of Goodness. Taking Ginger daily is very good but not too much. Ginger has great benefits and i have made a habit of taking it daily either in cooked food, raw in salad or Ginger Tea. I find Ginger balances you inside the body and it works quiet fast.
