The International Whaling Commission (IWC) has released a new plan to legalize commercial whaling

It's time again to make our voices heard. We have to speak for the whales.

It's hard to believe that they are thinking of over turning the 1986 law that outlaws whaling.

They are seriously discussing legalizing whaling again. Unbelievable.
