Generally it is like this:
Only those who are connected by love in what way ever can also hurt each other.
Persons who have no relation howsoever are not able to really hurt each other.
Hurting is generally a function of loving.
By loving we become vulnerable which is in the essence of love, because vulnerability is like having doors open rather than having them locked.
By hurting we charge open doors without being asked to do so.
Hurting is taking adventage of vulnerability while loving is being aware of it.
By exposing vulnerability which is indeed an act of courage, someone ia sending a meaasage to come closer thus allowing to overstep personal boundaries.
There is no love without vulnerability and no vulnerability without love.
From there we might say: as far as someone feels hurt the work of love is about to operate even without knowing...
