The Law of Requisite Variety.

There is a universal principle known as the Law of Requisite Variety. In plain English it translates to the most flexible element in a system ultimately controls the system. This is a seldom considered, yet vital principle for those on, and for those assisting others on the ascension path.

One of the side effects of working with your fears is a gaining of logical levels which over time lifts you out of the dramas of life. It is literally the process of becoming an observer. The power that this unleashes is the ability to look at a situation free of the agenda that those stuck in the situation are experiencing and consequently acting on. In practical terms what you gain is greater perspective and behavioral flexibility. True choice.

It is easy enough to say Love is the answer to all problems. And it is of course true. But Love is not just a word. Love is a state of being. And some people are so, (I use this term with all due respects) broken, that they cannot perceive what Love truly is any more than Napoleon could be made to understand what a tank is. They are so trapped in their fears that they see your mouth moving but cannot make out the language you're speaking. So what do you do? How do you help this person?

You speak their lingo. You rattle their cage. You frighten them. Contrary to popular belief it is possible to do this compassionately. If you are resolved in enough of your own fears you can make a conscious decision to step into their drama, rattle their cage, and be there to pick up the pieces for them when it all turns to poo. All the while having a predetermined outcome to work towards.

Be clear about this. The compassionate solution is not always pleasant. There are times where you need to be ruthless. There are times where you have to use pure, uncorrupted anger, (aka passion) to wake someone out of their slumber. There are times where the compassionate solution means losing a friend. Or ridicule. If you are not prepared for these consequences you probably have some work to do yourself. And if you want to avoid these consequences you have even more work to do.

In closing I would ask you to keep in a mind an N.L.P presupposition which is The meaning of a communication is the response it elicits. This works hand in hand with the Law of Requisite Variety. If you are trying to get a message across it is your responsibility to make sure your message is understood. You are the enlightened one. It is your message. It matters to you that they get it. Be flexible in your approach to communication. Because the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result.
