  Me, too, Cedric and Peekay. I would awaken some mornings after a good nights' sleep and feeling so depressed. I could not understand, so, I "asked", and was told by that small still voice that I was "Soul traveling during my sleep and what I was seeing was depressing me." It made perfect sense to me.
  
  BTW, could this be the cause of what I haven't had dreams for the past 20 or so years? I must be really busy at night. Some mornings I awaken and feel like I've been "working" all night,because I feel as tired when I wake up as I did when I went to bed. Anyone else experiencing this?

    I have a feeling that I am busy at night too! I seem to need more sleep than most, and I hardly remember any dreams etc. I have a feeling that I do more important stuff at night than I do during the day. Couldn't tell you what though!

    Yes,it seems that way with me too. I think working in dreams do slow down when different goals in awaken life are met. For more than 25 years i used to astrally connect with a woman that now is my wife,from the moment we met on the fisical plane the astral meetings stopped. These working and meeting in astral planes might explain deja-vus on this plane,i believe we make plans and work things out on those planes first before we get and see it here. I still do not get the time problem between both. Must be a consentration problem on astral level that brings forth half done things on this level. It took me more than 25 years to finally know see and aknowledge the visits of my ex highschool girlfriend. Every time i would meet her on te astral planes i would wake up only half aware with only smal details like the fact that she is blond the preferences we had etc. On this plane i started looking for her unconsciously with all the mistakes and wrong blond women...lol. I even started dating brown haired women to see if i was going nuts. But the minute we met again after 25 years we knew without a doubt who we were and that we had followed the same path and used to connect astrally. It was not me who initiated the questions that would finally clear up this question on who was the astral entety we were meeting all the time. I do have this feeling with a lot of people so i do believe we work on other levels that play out on this one to.This is why i learned to go to bed in a free and open mind,i also try to go to sleep only with specific questions and most important i go to sleep in a good mood (if i go to sleep in a negative one like after a argument that has not been cleared) i tend to get into trouble on the astral planes.I also believe that when we clean up on this plane emotionally and spiritually we are able to travel other planes in a more steady and positive way reaching higher and higher. In the beginning i used to wake up more tired than when i went to sleep,i think this was due to getting stuck in the lower astral planes where it is verry hard to move and al kinds of entetys and other heavy and dark things get stuck to you and slow you down. Once the cleanup begins you tend to jump trought the lower parts faster and get things done faster this seems to reflect in your day to day life to,you seem to know more and are more inlightend. I do apologise for the few gramatical mistakes...lol

      Thanks a lot, Cedric. I appreciate your taking the time to share this. What is frustrating to me is that I have absolutely no memory of what goes on during my sleep time. I've always been a deep sleeper.....the house could fall on me and I wouldn't wake up. lol No, not quite that deep a sleeper. :))))) I have a real problem with not-knowing. I've given up the practice of "just believing". I wanna know.

        Just ask to remember before you go to sleep,it might take a few nights before you do but it works. The same as the 3 night sleep the American natives used for answering important questions.

  In most nightly out of body travels we do go astral and it takes a while to go past the lower ones this is why sometimes one wakes up feeling like shit. One great book about the topic is Astral dynamics,it did even help me find my current wife,we seemed to astraly meet all the time even if we lived in diff countrys.
