EVOLVED: note that the new X-Files is arriving at a time when voters in Europe and the United States are VERY PISSED OFF over what government leadership is doing (i.e. Islamic extremist immigrants in Europe, Hillary Clinton being allowed to stonewall the U.S. justice system, the rise of non-globalists Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders, etc)
If this is a controlled narrative as you claim, then it is one that may be working against the global elite (and not benefiting them) since central banking and martial law were openly discussed. Further proof of this is that the Rothschilds still (to this day) claim that the Federal Reserve is a government operation, and not a private operation as claimed by "whistle-blowers."
I fail to see how this series can benefit the global elite since it is openly discussing concepts that are "waking people up." And note that these same concepts are still viewed by the mainstream media as "crackpot" and "tin-foil-hat" based theories (which are now starting to appear to be true, along with the bad intentions of such conspiracies as described by such "crackpots" and "tin-foil-hat" individuals).
The concept of a New World Order is falling apart due to this "awakening." I disagree with you that Chris Carter is playing a part in "controlling the narrative" since he has pointed out his source being Alex Jones.
Sorry, but I do know people who worked for Infowars and they are not part of any controlled narrative. Alex Jones has been attacked in parking lots and has had his life threatened in bathrooms (with witnesses present).

Chris Carter is a brilliant screen writer and television producer who was in the right place at the right time, and like Alex Jones, he woke people up to the A$$H0LE$ who pull the strings of (s)elected U.S. government personnel. In Carter's case, this concerns awareness of the black ops people who are blocking information about ET involvement with planet Earth (along with non-ET-related political conflicts affecting U.S. citizens).
