The NWO, as we assume, is mostly western Skull and Bones, old European royalty etc with ties to powerful wealthy families and bankers around the world. The next frontier is space and guess who wants to own it? The world has to be, according to 'them', reigned in and run from the center, same as the west is being run by the above named scoundrels. Russian oligarchs and Chinese oligarchs do not want to be ruled by the NWO as they themselves want to 'own' as much of space, the moon, mars, asteroids etc. as they can grab and above all the discoveries in new high tech. The European Union has imposed asset freezes and travel bans on 15 people including Russia's deputy prime minister, the chief of staff of Russian armed forces and the head of the country's military intelligence service.
Pro-Russian separatists in East Ukraine have also been targeted with sanctions, triggering threats over the fate of six Western military observers who are being held captive in the town of Slavyansk.
Amid continued EU divisions over sanctions afterthe US hit business oligarchs and companies close to Vladimir Putin's inner circle, Germany was embarrassed after Gerhard Schroeder, a former German chancellor, was photographed embracing the Russian president.
Legal problems and political division have ensured that the EU has steered clear of imposing sanctions on Russian businessman as European countries have continued to focus on officials and politicians regarded as directly responsible for destabilising Ukraine.
The latest list, which takes the number of people targeted by European sanctions to 48,includes Dmitry Rogozin, the Russian deputy prime minister who is charged by the EU with being "responsible for overseeing the integration of the annexed autonomous Republic of Crimea into the Russian Federation".
In a significant political move, General Valery Gerasimov, chief of the Russian military general staff, has been added to the sanctions list for his responsibility "for the massive deployment of Russian troops along the border with Ukraine and lack of de-escalation of the situation".
Following the announcement, Mr Rogozin said that fresh US sanctions against Moscow could compromise US astronauts on the International Space Station (ISS).
"If their aim is to deliver a blow to Russia's rocket-building sector, then by default, they would be exposing their astronauts on the ISS," the Interfax news agency quoted Mr Rogozin as saying in Crimea.
Nato said on Tuesday that it had seen no sign of Russian claims that tens of thousands of troops had withdrawn from close to Ukraine's border to their permanent and established positions.
"We currently have no information that indicates a withdrawal of Russian troops from the Ukrainian border. We continue to urge Russia to abide by the Geneva agreement and to pull back all its troops along the Ukrainian border in favour of diplomacy and dialogue," a Nato official told Reuters.
Lt Gen Igor Sergun, identified as the head of the Russia's military intelligence agency, GRU, was also added to the European sanctions list after the EU identified his officers with being responsible for clandestine activity sponsoring paramilitary pro-Russian separatists in east Ukriane.
One man Igor Strelkov, a key member of Crimea's breakaway government was added to the list after being identified by the EU as a GRU staff "involved in incidents in Slavyansk" where separatists seized observers from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) last week.
A leaked tape of John Kerry, the US Secretary of State, speaking at private meeting last Friday, has highlighted American concerns and Western intercepts of operations run by GRU inside East Ukraine, intelligence that has clearly guided the latest EU sanctions.
"Intel is producing taped conversations of intelligence operatives taking their orders from Moscow and everybody can tell the difference in the accents, in the idioms, in the language. We know exactly who's giving those orders, we know where they are coming from," he said, according to the Daily Beast.
While EU sanctions have identified key figure in the clandestine operations, Mr Kerry did not name specific Russian officials but said that intelligence intercepts had provided proof of the Russia's attempts to deliberately foment unrest in eastern Ukraine.
"It's not an accident that you have some of the same people identified who were in Crimea and in Georgia and who are now in east Ukraine," he said. "This is insulting to everybody's intelligence, let alone to our notions about how we ought to be behaving in the 21st century. It's thuggism, it's rogue state-ism. It's the worst order of behaviour."
As the sanctions list was published in Brussels, Vyacheslav Ponomaryov, the self-declared mayor of the separatist-held town in eastern Ukraine, warned that he would not negotiate the release of the observers unless the EU dropped new sanctions against pro-Russian rebel leaders in Donetsk and the Dombass region of Ukraine.
"We will resume dialogue on the status of the prisoners of war only when the EU rejects these sanctions," he said. "If they fail to remove the sanctions, then we will block access for EU representatives, and they won't be able to get to us. I will remind my guests from the OSCE about this."
In contrast to US sanctions, the EU has not included senior Russian businessmen such asIgor Sechin, the head of Russian energy giant Rosneft, who was targeted with an American asset freeze by Washington on Monday.
The United States has been much more aggressive in the sanctions imposed on Russia than the EU which is heavily dependent on Russian energy and has closer economic and trading links than America.
However, Russian has accused the EU of following doing America's bidding on sanctions which, the country's foreign ministry said, are "absolutely counterproductive" and pushing Ukraine to "a dead end".
"Are you not ashamed?," said a Russian foreign ministry statement.
"Instead of forcing the Kiev clique to sit down at the negotiating table with the southeast of Ukraine over the future makeup of the country, our partners are doing Washington's bidding with new unfriendly gestures towards Russia."
Germany was forced to distant itself from Mr Schroeder on Tuesday after the press published pictures showing him in an warm embrace President Putin in St Petersburg on Monday evening at a celebration in honour of the former German chancellor's 70th birthday on April 7.
"He does not represent the German government," a senior German government official said. "It should be clear to everyone that Mr Schroeder left active politics some time ago."
The photographs of a former German Chancellor smiling and hugging the Russian president highlight Germany's reluctance to step up sanctions against Moscow as the country relies on Russia for natural gas supplies.
Mr Schroeder, chancellor from 1998-2005, became the board chairman of a German-Russian pipeline joint venture with gas monopoly Gazprom Nord Stream after leaving office.
Gazprom, which meets 30 percent of Europe's demand for gas, on Tuesday warned that further Western sanctions over Ukraine could disrupt its energy exports to Europe.
"An expansion of the US, EU and other sanctions programmes could adversely impact operations," it said in a management report following its 2013 financial results.

Sadly there is no 'What If' regarding this issue. They already do have a space fleet and have been to at least the moon (of course), Venus and Mars as well as a rumor about a Jovian base. There's other more grandious conspiracies but this is about the size of it.
Most of what people consider to be space exploration and what not get their ideas from things like Star Trek or Star Wars. Either one is actually grossly inaccurate. We found that while tooling around in "Clean Space" (Clean Space being what you look at when you look through a telescope), the very ability of one to do so dramatically decreases the further one gets from their home star, physically speaking. I have no idea how it works, I just know that's the text-book answer.
And so to counter this problem, they with the help of Tesla, Einstien and many others, one can now interdimensionally slip to their desired location. This is how the so-called Aliens travel and conversely it's (for the most part) how we conduct business. But like I said, we also travel through Clean Space via a means similar to your understanding of Hyperspace, much like in Star Wars and the Stargate series, not like in Star Trek as Warp is multiples of physical speed, not slipspace.
