  Dear Moontemplegoddess it is very good you have ordered this sacred book to connect with Adama and his teachings. By simple prayer meditations in this book you can in your astral body go to temples in Telos at night for healing etc. I also recommend The Prayer Book to read daily available from the same place and Telos Vol 1,2 and 3.
