Fear vibration in food is what got me to quit eating meat some 40 odd yrs. ago. I read an article...made a lot of sense...went something like this:
At the time of slaughter at commercial packing houses, cows are lined up for their turn for a gunshot to the head for a quick dispatch. They know whats coming as they move up the line for their turn,,,adrenaline is pumping and all of it the fear in the animal can muster is released into its body(meat) at that time. Adrenaline is adrenaline is adrenaline...regardless of the source. It can't be removed from the "product", it isn't destroyed by the heat of cooking,it IS absorbed into the system of the consumer, adding to that persons overall level of adrenaline. Adrenaline is secreated into the system for defense reaction/ mechanism to a perceived fearful experience/event, causing paranoia,anger, aggression, violence, whatever the situation calls for.
The body can breakdown and remove the adrenaline produced by the body, but it cannot deal with the overload dumped into it from consumption of adrenaline loaded meat....so your level of adrenaline produced symptoms/behavior increase along with this toxic overload.
OK...sounded plausible so I tried an experiment....I went 2 wks. without eating any meat of any kind and noticed my level of paranoia/fear/aggression/anger etc at the end. Then I went 2 wks eating meat 3x a day and then compared notes.The difference was so incredibly noticeable that I immediately and forever since eliminated red meat/pork from my diet. It was a lifestyle choice in favor of a more peacefull sense of BEing.
Someone(can't remember who) said,"If people would eliminate eating animal products, (as commercially produced?), it would put an end to wars". Don't know how valid that is... I can only say I've done my part.
