The weather around us is part of us and reflective of our own consciousness. We are meant to be part of our planet; aware of its movements and to take part in them also.
Take notice of the weather and the natural elements. Listen to them, in your heart and express your caring back to Gaia (Earth). If you are experiencing drought call for rain, if you experience earth quakes, open yourself to Gaia's movements and send your love and appreciation of the moment to the core of the earth. Know that the earth is tuning and cleansing, so listen closely to her.
Express your love and compassion for Gaia and for all who are part of her in any way you feel comfortable. Prayer, meditation, going green taking care of yourself and your loved ones or animals - there are many ways to express this love. It is the intent of love that connects us with the Gaia's heart and with the universal heart.
Listen to your bodies and your emotions. Take time to spend listening to the sun wind trees stars waters and all that is and blessing the moment with love.
Most people can sense there is to be yet more changes in the future. Do not fear what is to come - embrace it and run with this knowledge; empowered by it. And also remember to stay firmly grounded into the moment.
