I am now convinced that the planetoid Chiron, located between the planets Saturn and Uranus, is a ruler for extraterrestrial entity(s). Chiron is said to rule Virgo, and is sometimes refered to as "The Rainbow Bridge" (and no, this name isn't based on that terrible movie called "Rainbow Bridge," which featured 45 minutes of Jimi Hendrix and two hours of serious hippie flakes at an "experimental" commune in Hawaii). Chiron's role as a  "rainbow bridge" is due to its location between Saturn and Uranus, two planets that are of very different qualities and rulerships.

I looked at Chiron placed on three charts: astro-physicist Carl Sagan, UFO con artist Billy Meir, and myself.

Carl Sagan is my "ace in the hole." He has the Uranian midpoint of natal Sun/Aries equal to his natal Chiron. Sun/Aries is "a person of public life," "a known authority," and "the physical body on the planet." Carl Sagan (R.I.P.) remains one of the biggest proponents for the search for extraterrestrial life to have ever worked, and he did this with both the scientific and academic communities. He privately told Tonight Show host Johnny Carson that he did believe in UFO's from other realities, but wouldn't go public with it for fear of losing academic funding.

Billy Meir would go public with the release of some UFO videos (along with a "demonstration" of a laser pistol claimed to be given to him by aliens) in 1977, and several of these videos would be proven to be fakes. This was proven by outside experts demonstrating the use of the same miniature tree in two different videos and proof of splicing two separate video tapes filmed from a still camera that featured a UFO disappearing and then reappearing (and also showed a very quickchange in the position of a tree filmed near the still camera when the video featured a "disappeared" UFO (that would later reappear on the same video)). Neptune was in opposition of his natal Chiron at that time, and Neptune (like the Hindu goddess Maya) can fool and deceive you. And he deceived others with a UFO video, as Neptune opposed his natal Chiron placement in 1977.

I have Chiron and Mercury together, and I got to witness a space craft that was not touching the ground and in front of my car (and Mercury rules travels by short distance, i.e. cars) on 09/10/12. Now I know how Eric Clapton felt when he heard Jimi Hendrix for the first time: I was scared to death and floored. I still have never seen anything like it: all dogs in the house were asleep and snoring away while this craft was right next to the house. And no, I don't want to start a cult.

Chiron is currently at 5 degrees Pisces 28 minutes. This is near the star of Deneb Adige, and this star is associated with creativity, writing, astrology, naive nature, the public, and dog bites. And no, I don't believe Pluto is the "dog star."
