  Thanks everyone for your wonderful insight and great advice. I'd love to hear more if anyone has anything to add.  I'm writing down everything in my spirit journal to keep as a reference to keep coming back to.

  I am feeling much better today...still not myself, but I will get there soon.  We're still dealing with a lot of crap, but it is looking as if it's a go for getting our dog back, so knowing my dog is not going to get killed is helping, I think.

  We have been talking for a few weeks about moving closer to my boyfriends job, and now with all the negativity that has been surrounding me, my boyfriend is uncomfortable with the fact that i am a stay at home mom and surrounded by this energy all day, so we're pretty sure that moving within the next few months will be a positive decision.  But I am determined to stay until I win my place, so to speak.  I want to move out on my own terms, not to let the neighbors 'win'.

  Again, I thank each and every one of you who read through these posts and offered insight.  I appreciate it with the greatest honesty as each one of you have been very helpful to me.  I'd love to hear more if anyone feels they have something to add as I continue to gather myself together and reclaim my inner peace.

  oh yes, your thoughts are energy...my advice...work out the problem...show love to this neighbor (deep prayer or meditation will manifest love)  keep in mind, love never fails...get your light back and let it shine...much joy and laughter sent to your house

  Now as much i luv love and harmony it is perhaps time you start a war ( no killing though ;-) ) stand up for those you love, fight for your dog and shelter...it's no fair your neighbor (King George of England :-P ) is taking away your liberty.

   

  In these time use your ego that's why it was giving to you ;-)

  Also sending white roses to your neighbour (visualisation) do this as so long you truly feel compassion with her.

   You can use this prayer Sarai to remove the negativity.

  "I call on Archangel Michael and Archangel Gaibriel to pour a waterfall of light over my entire body, cleansing every cell in my body, every charka center, every layer of my auric field, light, light, light and only light". (visualize a waterfall light around you)
  
  "I ask Archangel Michael to cut the cords of any person, place, thing, thought, feeling and action that is not of the light until only love remains, only love remains, only love remains."
  
  "I call on the assistance of 100,000 angels to remove all negative energies and negative entities from around me, my room, my househould and the surrounding area and send them to heavan."
  
  If it continues, add 100,000 more angels each day until it they are gone. This works anywhere not just in the home. You can also add any archangel, ascended master or star race for assistance. I use it daily and you can feel the difference.

  As like the others said, this may be the time to move.  Meditate and see what spirit is leading you to do.  Things always happen for our highest good.  Explore all possibilities.

  Hello there!! I believe this is a manifestation of your anger. I am empathic and clairsentient so I know how challenging conflicts can be energetically. This is a great opportunity for you to (even though it might not feel like an opportunity ) for you to use the light worker tools you have and even learn some new. I had a fairly intense situation, but what it did And does is to force me to develop a spiritual routine and utilize my tools so I can raise my frequency so the energy was not as intrusive. Another thing I have come to learn is if you ruminate or perseverate on the energy the bigger it gets, and also if you resist the energy..... When you ate thinking about this person change your thoughts right away, and focus on something else.
  
  I was watching a Deloris cannon about the new earth and she talked about karma, forgiveness, and how that is essential. What she said about forgiveness was to see the person in front of you and with your mind say (something to the effect)" I am sorry it did not work out between us." (and whatever else you want) and in front of you rip up the contract between the both of you. I found that to be so helpful. Breath it out and it is so. Another thing I have been doing is listen to binural beats and breathing in I say, " all energy in my field is transmuted to the highest vibration of love"
  
  The intense situation I speak of has made me work hard to shift this energy around. Visualizations are great and I like the one where you have a golden sun and call back all your energy from people, places, or things. Reset the energy in the golden ball to present time, then visualize the golden ball illuminating all of you as you take it down through you grounding into the earth.
  
  I was meditating and I could feel some people looking for me on an energetic level. But they where not able to find me and the energy was crashing into the ground. That is because I had taken my focus and my energy out of the game and was working on raising my vibrations.
  
  You also could always move. I hope this was helpful!!

  Hi Sarai, sorry to hear about your situation but I have a feeling it'll start to look up soon. When I read your message before reading the comments below, the first thing that popped up in my head was "Use the violet flame" too!  So when your visualization bursts into flames, ride on it and transform it into violet flame that purifies any negative energies into love. 

  I used to do the white light protection earlier on and I slowly moved on to the violet flames because I feel that I need something more "active" because I'm starting to need more protection etc. I'm guessing that the flame is showing because perhaps your higher self knows that you need something "stronger" to ward off any negative energies with the neighbor saga, kind of to "up the amp" a bit but it's just that you're not very familiar with it and equate flames with anger (which can also be the case, so take the positive route!). 

  As always, always follow your inner guide fore we're merely offering our own interpretation :)

  It might be the universe's way to tell you that a good thing for you to do would be to move out.  Maybe you are being displaced for the coming shift, it could be a blessing in disguise.  It might be why your guides won't help you cling to your position?  Only my 2 cents....Go with the flow, the fighting is over.

  You're so kind.  I just finished talking with the mayor and I think things will end up okay with the dog, for now anyways.  But I definitely think it is time to find a new place to reside if I can't figure out how to block the negativity that seeps from the walls of the house next door.  Thank you so much for talking to me.

    I feel for you, I had a neighbor like that once. As much as I am very centered and calm person he made me explode at him which actually helped in my case but I think that finding new place to live is not a sign of defeat , only solution............................
