According Dr.Michio Kaku this would be a type 2 civilization if he had saw it.
This is a transcendental level of any major planetary obstacles with god-like technology.
If they feel like it they'll travel not just only on spaceships but with there own planet.
Do you think there was something like this on earth.? :)
I'm sure atlantis and many more super advance civilizations could do this easily.

Remember also that spirits don't just live within us, it is in everything. Mother Earth, has a spirit called Gaia. This spirit communicates also with the Sun, which at the moment is a spirit called Apsu.
We would require higher level permission from both these spirits to suddenly move them. But it definitely is possible.
Our moon for example, was brought in from outside of our milky way galaxy. It was a dead, unused planet floating in dead space, and it was an appropriate size and proportion to be used as our moon, to control the tides and allow life to emerge once again. (The moon is also an observation platform to observe the development of the human species)
Mother Earth knows how to fix herself, it was human intervention which led to her previous downfall. All that requires of us is to live in a state of peace, and be in balance in nature and everything will sort itself out.
Awesome artwork. If something like this exists on our planet then we could move out of the way of big comets and meteors. This action would help to shift the moon around due to magnetic forces because of the level of titanium on the moon, like what is going on right now. I thought the moon was supposed to be out at night, but lately it is out in the daytime. That is weird. Awesome, glorious, and beautiful artwork. I love the artwork.
Once I reach God consciousness or an advance dimension that qualifies me into Designing a universe then I'm going to create a beautiful and unimaginable worlds like the ones I posted in my forum. :)
