  • ~yeah!~ what is up with litter~bugging!?! i mean, my momma taught me better! jeez! :0( looks like china town san francisco.. what is the deal, really? is this a cultural, or a world~wide spiritual virus? boo.. a few weeks ago, i was looking our my window here in oakland, & it had to ba a nine year old boy, peeled an ice cream bar & tossed the wrapper on right into my garden! :0( so i mustered the courage to yell out my window at him to go back & pick up his trash! "littering isn't cool!" i said to him. & fortunately (rather than throw a rock through my window as many of these youth would..) he, looked up at me startled, then turned around and picked it back up.. i went all mommy~authoritarian on him & said him: "just put your garbage in the next trash can you see! thank you." ~phew! god help us all! & don't forget to teach your children well... :0/ (ps: & boo on BP!!!)
    • Right on....for one more time Education is the corner stone of human behavior....irresponsible parents, produce irresponsible children...
      • ~& the irony is:~ if his "parent" would have been with him (then, firstly: i probably woulda kept my piehole shut.. &:) i likely would have found myself in a confrontation with a yelling & fit to fight adult... versus, a startled kid who really knows better.. how backwards, right?! *sigh* oh.. what a whirrled we live in.. ;0)
        • It's so easy to make a kid adverse to littering... it makes me wonder what other things haven't been said to kids who litter...
  • ...lol..and i thought that where i live was awful.....i see the disease has spread globally...
    • Don't "see" the disease spreading... that's a good way to manifest it. <3
  • Glad to see they have respect for Mother Earth,I hate litter that is chucked about ,it is everywhere.
    • This is beond litter...it is ...i can not even put it in words. Every time i go to the beach i see stuff like this. People open a plastic bag of ice and just drop it right there, along comes the wind and a few seconds later i have to go and fish it out of the water while they look at me like i am a space alien for doing this. there are big signs telling you will be fined if littering...by whom? Cops do not go to the beach...And this is just the beach. Chek the streets where you will find tv's fridges, car tires, garbage laying around. Last week a guy stops in front of my house and starts dumping his ashtray, botlles and cans in the gutter...i go over there to talk to him asking him to pick it up and find a garbage can. He said the street was public and i have no right to tell him what to do. Go figure!!!!!!!!!!!!!
      • Beaches are taken care of a little better in Southern Cali, so it's nice I don't have to deal with gobs of litter...

But we do have to deal with cops... all up in everyone's beezness.

"Lol, imagine being brave enough to face the half-pig men! I can’t un-see that now.🐷

It sounds bizarre but I suppose Nostradamus had to make sense of the 20th century somehow."
