Those Who Mistreat Children Or The Elderly Should Be Given Maximum Punishment

Children are the future so they need to be treated with love , compassion and great respect and so the elderly who have seen a lot of changes and been through a lot of changes being elderly now they should be treated with love, compassion and great respect ..actually elderly people become childlike.

Maximum penalty throughout the world should be handed out to those that mistreat children and the elderly.
