Dear St. Germain,
As far as I am informed correctly you intend to distribute a huge fund equally to all humans on Earth.
Most of us are very grateful for this!
But I've read several times about the dark sabotaging and delaying this to happen.
I write you this open letter in order to respectfully suggest you the following possible solution:
If the Galactic Federation Of Light really posses beaming technology it could be used to deliver these funds in form of precious metals without the dark ones being able to stop it.
You could ask them to beam each one his or her portion directly into their homes.
Image how happy especially the poorest people on earth would be if they unexspectedly would find a piece of gold in their home! :D

Would everyone in the world be able to cash in their gold for currency, just thinking about the really poor people of the world??
