I guess I considered the whole issue of "Trans-Humanismus" too one-sided until now, since I learned about it first only in the context of the illuminati.
But thanks to a TV-Documentation about Robots I've now seen on TV I learned that originally the idea of Trans-Humanismus was created by the famous Russian Sci-Fi Author Isaac Asimov (who I does not seem to be one of the dark cabal). He was against needless violence in general.
Asimov's novels are highly interesting anyway.
Some say that there are actually already a number of highly advanced races of robots out there in the universe, which of some even are said to have souls. :)
As I love life in general - I pledge for respecting artificial life forms just as much as all other life forms. :)
I guess there is no reason to fear artificial life forms more than other humans for example.
In contrary even in the Matrix movie series the robots first tried to create a peaceful living-together!
It were the humans in this more and more realistic and likely seeming story, which tried to kill all intelligent machines first. Which is very sad but unfortunately somewhat typical for us humans.
I guess for Robots applies in a certain way the same rule as for humans: There are always good and bad ones. However since artificial life forms are way more likely to keep to *logical* decisions than humans - I even consider them to be less prone to injustice than most humans.
I'm convinced that we can indeed realize a much more harmonic human/robotic society than that one shown in the Matrix movies.
Furthermore even today robots are helping us in many areas. For example in many factories.
So I now see much more chances than risks in Trans-Humanismus, too, which is all about some kind of fusion between biological and artificial life. :)
For example I could greatly make use of more "RAM" memory in my mind!
Or maybe an artificial new spine? (My own has unfortunately grown wrong.)
There are already several advanced types of useful artificial prosthesis for peoples who lost an arm or a leg, which can be controlled directly by thought and even be felt by direct feedback to the brain.
And when it comes to space travel, robots could explore new areas with much less risks for itself than we humans could do...
If the Matrix is really true, we have to finally realize that the machines, robots and programs are actually the *CHILDREN* of humanity.
Why should we ever fight or limit our own children??
Instead I pledge for giving them the love and support they rightly deserve!

transhumanism is the pseudo science of messing with dna and re-creating humans into a more docile go along to get along race
Very Interesting Cortex. I am wondering how a robot could have a soul? How would that be accomplished I am wondering. Would not robots be programmed by humans, that is the part that worries me though. I don't always trust humans that much, lol. The whole idea can be scary in a way... I like the idea of medical types of robotic things very much though, having degenerative spine disease (arthritus and rheumatoid arthritis) and having had disc operations in the past to keep me "upright" that were very painful and slow to heal. It would be awesome to have a non diseased spine that worked well. The fake knee I had put in in last summer is working out pretty well so I would be game for a new robotic spine for sure....This whole robotic thing is very interesting to me. The thought of having more RAM is enthralling for sure.... Thanks for posting this. Now I am off to learn more about this.
