I just watched this clever video on youtube, and it has some interesting segments that I have chosen to transcribe. At part (3:47) the speaker, (sounds like Bashar) says this:
"There's really no such thing as (The Future). There is an infinite number of probable future realities already existing at the same time. It's really up to us to determine what kind of future we want to have, according to what kind of choices we make now, and as we make choices, we're constantly shifting to different parallel Earths - that are more representative of the choices we're making, (vibrationally speaking). So, there is no fixed future."
At part (6:12) the speaker says this: "Always allow a positive meaning to be given to everything, because everything has a neutrality to it. Nothing has a built in meaning automatically. The meaning we give it, is the effect that it has in our lives. We are designed - in a sense, to give life meaning. Life without us, has no meaning on its own. It is designed to be blank . . . to be neutral, so that the meaning we give it, determines the effect we get out of it."

There is nothing fixed in the Universe ... however Choices are opportunities, that presented to us ... i would say that our decisions make our future as we are acting upon 'our choices'. - many choices one decision ... ;)
There is no fixed future, but there is a probable future. Right now, it looks as if the "controllers" are determining much that happens.
