I'm so excited to finally find something that works especially being a light sleeper and waking up in the night.  I took some before bed and was in a lovely deep sleep.  Woke up at 3, meditated and read for a while but took some more.  I fell back into that lovely deep dreamy sleep again and could feel the melatonin working beautifully.
