SORRY FOR BEING LATE WITH THIS. The video is below the Stephenville police officer's depiction of the UFO below (he reportedly saw this in 2008, and it matches my description). It appeared to be the same craft seen EXACTLY one year ago (by me) on Sept. 10, 2012, in Georgetown, Texas. I was having issues with video transfer of this video to youtube; I had to figure out a way around this problem. Google taking over youtube is apparently the new problem with a lot of video issues with youtube; maybe we are seing step one in Chinese-style censorship in the United States (as desired by some law-makers).
This is what the craft looked like when I saw it next to my Honda Civic in 2012. The exception was that the white globes below the craft pulsated with a deep red color at that time, and not bright white (I THINK THESE GLOBES ARE SOME KIND OF SENSOR DEVICES). The globes pulsated with intensity with the same similar irregular rhythm as in the video:
I was somewhat lucky to catch what I could in the 2013 video with the craft moving across the North Austin sky and me fighting the water sprinklers; I was watering my yard at the time I saw the craft; one can make out the details of the craft somewhat. It was about 2-10 miles away from me; I will appreciate it if anyone can enlarge this:

QUESTION: IS THIS THING FOLLOWING ME? I HAVE TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT SEVERAL TIMES AND FAILED EACH TIME. It's when I least expect it that I have the feeling the thing is "nearby."

Wow Mancolm Mundy. I've seen 10 of them, but I did not have a cell phone with a camera.
I caught this with a Blogger. I nearly tripped over my chihuahuas frantically looking for the camera and running back outside, dodging the lawn sprinkler while trying to film the thing (the craft was going downward as I was setting up, and it was near the northern horizon). I spotted it at about a 30-45 degree angle upwards (relative to me standing. When I saw the thing making a quiet circle (with the irregular lights pulsating) I realized this aint no hospital helicopter or jet coming into Austin Airport). IT WAS SO FREAKING QUIET!!!!!
