I am not qualified to answer Suze my little treasure,
I am prepared to say that we have not the technology to suspend with out noise a craft like that. I can also say that the press did not mention that these objects were even seen on these TV broadcasts leads me to think that they know about it and have been told to keep shut about it, Thats my best guess Namaste Dave
