  Extremely healthy and I consume a raw garlic clove a day. Normally mixed with something else, such as coleslaw, or houmous..
  
  In this vid, which Dr Berg released today, he mentions the problems that China has virtually monopolized the garlic market.....Their garlic is poison, so I never touch it, let alone eat it...
  
  My garlic comes from Spain....Same as my pumpkin seeds, being from Austria....I do not eat Chinese food, or produce...

  Another thing worth noting is that the 'black person' designation is more meaningless than you might think. To an informed person, it is never clear what kind of a person you are riffering to when you say 'black person', or even 'white person'. Specifically, for instance, Africa is not the only place whose native people are 'black'. Yemenis, Dravidians, Negriters, Andamanese, Native Indonesians, Papuans, Native Australians, Solomon Islanders etc are all 'black pple', and yet they have no genetic closeness to Africans! So what pple are you riferring to by 'black pple'? It is just like saying 'tall pple'. Well, Japanese can be said to be 'short', but height is a multiethnic physical trait. Same applies to skin color.
  
  Perhaps Papuans and Solomon Islanders etc are the most interesting. If you ask pple (the naive) to casually categorize them, they will heep them alongside Africans. Apparently, a papuan is genetically closer to an African than a Nigerian is genetically closer to a Briton. But you are wrong!! In reality, a Guinean is genetically closer to an European than he is genetically closer to a Papuan. To understand how, think of genes responsible for various traits, eg height, blood group, lungs volume etc. A Guinean is similar to a European in several, these other invisible traits but similar to a papuan when it comes to the genes that determines their appearances!!
  
  So it is like we are comparing the height of say a Japanese and a Congolese pygmy, and grouping them together, care less of other traits. Biologicaly speaking, there is no difference between the 'height' trait and the 'color' trait. But our society has manufactured a non biological notion where, unlike 'tall', 'black' labels a specific type of a person. This is due to ignorance, like we say 'the sun is moving round the earth'. It is a superficial appearance.

    Should we call this Solomon Islander a 'black person', based on his black skin or a 'white person', based on his blonde hair??

    But you don't need to do any genetic analysis to understand these. You can, for instance, look at the ashtonishing hair of a melanesian. If you want to say 'they got it from Europeans, you will have a coffee time to explain how to picked up just the hair and left everything else to look like an African! Well, the scientists had to prove through genetics that the hair is not from the European gene. But it wasn't necessary. One could arrive at it through reasoning. But that the Melanesian have this type of hair shows that they are genetically distant from Africans, despite looking closely alike in every other visible trait!
    
    Or you can also compare the following image with that of say sasha Obama. Ask between these 2, (may be judging from their skin color), who is closer to European? Of course based on mere appearance, this Samburu woman is 'very close to European'. But we know that the formers grand mother is 'white', while Samburus, of course have no traceable ancestry to Europeans!

  "Social distancing" is a term invented by behavioral "scientists" (communists,) working for the deep state...It is not a medical requirement, relating to covid, it is a conditioning method to re-arrange social interactions, making for less cohesion between members of society...

  It is so ridiculous that an Indian, when derided by an European for not being 'white enough', he bleaches his skin and then say: look, I am a 'white man', those are the 'black men',...
  
  From the look, of course he admires indian culture. He wears the dressings of an indian, the crown of an indian king. Of course he admires Hinduism, psichism, cattle worship etc. The only thing he doesnt admire about india is that 'they are not white enough'. So he uses a white horse as a vehicle, I can see the sword is also 'white'. But the most striking one is that the guy, though meant to be an Indian, is painted whiter than the horse!!
  
  The guy can now boast to Europeans that he is even whiter than them, yes, whiter than a white horse!😆
