    Here in India, unlike populations abroad and especially in the USA, we take maximum of 4-5 vaccines during our first four years as a child. In the USA I am told, in the first five years they take as many as 58 vaccines.

    Flu with common cold and cough is very common in India, and we suffer from it at least twice or thrice every year. I myself have survived innumerable flu's typhoid, hepatitis (we call it jaundice in India), chicken pox, malaria (twice) without being vaccinated for any of them.

    In my mind vaccines just shoot down the natural immunity of the body and make you dependent on allopathic medicines. I survived hepatitis on homeopathy and ayurveda myself, was not hospitalised and managed to nurse myself back to full recovery just by following a good vegetarian diet.

      I am also surprised at how manny vaccines people get these days. I am not really for it,neither the medicine. They give you medication to stop something and it has like 20 diff side effects you could be stuck with. I still try to cure myself the way my grandparents teached me,the natural way and it works great. Even my discal hernia a few years back was cured with meditation and co-enzymes instead of surgery and medication... :))

    Are vaccines safe? oh my.. I saw this video yesterday about how a cheerleader got neurologically damaged after taking the flu shot back in August. Now she's having a hard time walking and talking. Just sad! The doctors defending the flu shot are saying she's just one of those 'rare' or 'one-in-a-million' cases and that people should not worry too much and still take the flu shot! Incredible. They're calling the rare condition 'dystonia' but this is textbook Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS)!

    It reminds me of another person who got the same debilitating condition and was interviewed on the show '60 Minutes'. After 30 years, and it's still the same MO! Endanger the population!
