Any place of worship be it church, Hindu temple , Sikh temple , Buddhist temple or others.
People doing service in gods house must move after 1 year service as the service is spiritual after 1 year the people doing service become like robots or factory workers building their own daily routine and bringing no more changes for the better where else a new person will bring in new ideas while the old person will just sit on it also begin to think he/she owns the place of worship. The service done in places of worship is more spiritual oriented so after 1 year your spirit needs new challenges. Nobody should get paid doing service in places of worship but be provided with bare necessities like simple housing, simple food, simple clothing, simple transport plus a few necessities of life. I repeat nobody should be paid to do service in Gods houses. ALL THOSE WHO ARE OVER A YEAR IN ANY PLACE OF WORSHIP MUST BE MOVED TO ANOTHER PLACE OF WORSHIP BUT NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO STAY MORE THEN A YEAR. They must be removed after one year service as they begin to think it's their home and pick up some bad habits and treat some as their inner circle priority friends while being not so nice to newcomers and those not their favourites...hence more the reason they need to be moved.

Seems out of place, really. If you don't mind me pointing out....
However I agree with these points: SELFLESS SERVICE & SELF REALISATION..They should aim for these in themselves...The divine spark within, rather than in a temple priest..
