After much research, the official start of the "Friday the 13th" terrorist attack in Paris took place on November 13, 2015, at 9:15 PM. This was the time that the first bomb detonated at the soccer game between France and Germany.

The chart below reveals that the most important area to observe with the chart is the Ascendant (or "As") on the left hand side of the chart (at 23 degrees Cancer 30 minutes), which represents "the environment of the event." Note the cluster of Uranian midpoints that are very close to this point (in dark navy blue). The top dark navy blue midpoint is Uranus / Vulcanus, and the bottom two in dark navy blue are Mercury / North Node and Hades / Poseidon. 

Here is what noted Uranian astrologer Hans Niggemann wrote about these midpoints, related to "the environment" (or Ascendant):

This seems to interpret out to define "an explosion took place in the environment during a rendevous of people who had mental or spiritual defects (or mental and spiritual isolation)'"

Interpretation:

"A powerful explosion or show of force took place in the environment. It was derived from communications that involved spiritual isolationism or spiritual/mental defects of some kind. The creator of the event was involved with pyrotechnics or weapons of a foreign nature. A high level criminal government wanted this event to have a powerful and successful impact on the world. Others involved in the event were powerful government organizations involved in organized crime. Important world connections were also involved, and these had connections with acts of murder, disgust, and terror. The goal in the environment was to exert a powerful mental or spiritual influence via the use of murder and very mean acts."  

Now on to the zero degree Aries interpretation below. Zero degrees Aries represents "the impact of the event on the world" or "the event itself." Also note that zero degrees Aries can be interpreted as zero degrees of Cancer, Capricorn, or Libra as well per Uranian astrology. Uranian astrologers use zero degrees Aries for short primarily due to it's importance of representing the first day of spring (when the Sun crosses over this degree).

Interpretation

"The world event concerned a close-knit group involved in organized crime. This group became involved in criminal activity as a result of world relations being disrupted, and a deception that took place that was very shocking. A silence of communications took place that concerned the close-knit group (involved in organized crime), and their important relations with powerful government or political influences resulted in this group being separated. Governments with international impact and influence had debates and arguments as a result of the close-knit group (involved in organized crime)or its actions that involved the world event."

It is my opinion that the terrorist group involved (and ISIS has been named) may be responding to being "double-crossed" by powerful financial and political backers or they may be part of a ploy to step up support for a new war in the Middle East, much like the phony Arab patsies in 9/11 were. Either way, it's a sad day for Paris and the world.
