I developed diabetes before having a stroke... at the time of the stroke I was diagnosed with an acoustic neuroma (benign brain tumor. After the stroke I gained weight as I was on a "sugar free diet" and consumed cokes and pepsies with no sugar. At the time of the stroke I could not swallow and had 31 days of hospitalization and a feeding tube. I shrank during those 31 days but upon regaining my swallowing ability I also experienced enormous hunger... almost insatiable and gained 80 pounds. Finally I got medicaid when I won my federal court case to gain my SSI. I went to the cyber-knife to treat the acoustic neuroma. How much poisonous other foods did I consume? Who makes the crap they stick into the abdomen to "feed" people? Did I absorb more poisons during the MRI's? I had been told that I would die the next time my blood pressure got so high, but when I needed help with medicine and treatment at a no-income medical facility and actually went down to the county to beg for it, I was told that "no" I could not go. I was fired from my job for a stroke I had on the job, but no one would give me the time of day but one lady at unemployment who listened and got me 8 weeks of unemployment!

Here in the UK all the squash drinks are with aspartame, it is difficult to find a drink without...

So we get a complete generation of aspartame children...

My advice is to NEVER consume aspartame......and if on a diet, continue taking sugar if you have to have a sweet drink, but consume as little as possible.....The best way to diet is good exercise and good food and drink...

I gave up chewing gum several years ago, when I noticed that they made aspartame the main choice and then withdrew the sugar alternative to sugar-free...Obviously a deliberate policy..

As for coke or pepsi....Even as a boy I spat it out...The stuff is bloody awful, with or without aspartame.... ;-)

Starbucks keep a sweetener with Aspartame in it ...it is in pink packets and ladies use it more thinking it will keep them slim...what they do not know it is slowly killing them.
Starbucks don't give a damn as long as they can make bucks.

growing as much food as possible, veggies and fruit, will solve this issue...................

we must stop eating asparteim laced products like refined sugar, sodas, sweet(s), possibly meat, chewing gum, "sugar suckers", and the list goes on.............................

  Cocacola is one of the worst things you can drink with aspartame. I've studied this for a long time. I'm actually going to start an allotment soon and growing my own stuff. Its best to be self sufficient. Even the fruit/veg has been contaminated in ways. They use a fertiliser on plants that sticks and is really bad for the pineal gland. It also clogs the body up with metals!
  
  Flouride is vile. If you can sit in a sauna like in the local gym etc for a while each week this will sweat out alot of toxins. Make sure you top up on pure drinking water though. I'm quite lucky really as I live in the UK near Bath and Glastonbury where there are fresh water springs. You can find your nearest spring online.
