That is really the best thing to do ...COOK YOUR OWN FOOD ...most restaurants are below standard in preparing and serving food ...plus the vibes and energy of the cooks and staff go in the food...the more the food changes hands before coming to your table the more energy and vibes it looses during transference.
Cooking your own you put your goodness ..vibes and energy in your food
By eating fast junk food it shows that you are messed up rotten ...it lowers your vibes and sickness and disease follow
