You have to be turned on, and by that I mean become sexually aroused or horny. It is during arousal when you are at your most alert. We can equate being alert with not being "asleep." Every cell in your body is ready for stimulation.

This turning on is important because it turns inert substances in our bodies to reactive substances. Inert substances tend to be shut down and freeze our feelings making us more stoic. Reactive substances tend to be softer and more easily affected.

Our body cannot get rid of lets say inert hard rock, but it can get rid of lets say responsive soft clay.

It is much harder to turn the rock into something you like (or something that's positive for you), than the clay into something you like (or something that's positive for you).

We have more energy blockages inside of us than free-flowing energy, meaning that we have to work with the energy blockages and change their properties.

Even when you are turned on, there will still be many inert cells inside you that are not responding. This is the GFL's task: to make all inert cells into softer cells that will respond, and eventually eliminate them altogether.
So come on GFL, we are waiting to recieve stimulation, sexual or otherwise! Turn us on!
