We do it every day so how can we make it better for us

Everyone drinks coffee everyday, 80% of the average person drinks 3-4 cups per day. So how can we make this work in our favour. Getting the riches of the earth to the masses.

So what do I mean about Riches. Not sure what that thing is....is it like a kumbucha? I stopped drinking coffee within the last 3/4 months or so not to say it is forever but just today. At one point there was a mental detox. I literally could feel my nurons firing in a last despite attempt to get coffee. Then there where the thoughts if I could just have a cup of coffee I could get so much done....move right past addiction thinking keep going ahead. I am having green tea or Yerba mate in the am which is good. Addiction and preparing a strong cup of green tea becomes a slippery slope my friend....
