Weird dreams

Can anybody give me advice for the last six months all my dreams have been very long and detailed and in every single dream are people from my past, and past jobs , people whom I have not thought about for years, I wake up exhausted after these dreams

    Maybe Feather, all I know is I wake up exhausted, the dreams are such a muddle, and there are so many people all the people I have ever known in them, who knows what the mind does when we are resting.
