Do anyone mind sharing their foods, recipes,. remedies they use to help their digestive system....I have been having problems for a long time...but I am reaching out for suggestions...and I am sure others are having the same issues as well....Its seems has though I can't digest anything...without it bothering my tummy...  : - (

  • What is Ajwain?

    Ajwain [Carom Seeds ] is a herb also known as Bishops Weed. This beneficial herb is used in culinary process as spice as well as a major ingredient of different kind of medicines. Ajwain seeds are small in size but taste hot, penchant and bitter. It acts as good appetizer, laxative and stomachic.     For Stomach Problems:

    Ajwain is very useful in alleviating spasmodic pains of the stomach and intestines in adults as well as children. Any colicky pain due to flatulence (gas), indigestion and infections in the intestines can easily be relieved by taking one teaspoonful of Ajwain along with 2-3 pinches of common salt in warm water.

    Ajwain is a very good digestive. It can be taken with buttermilk to alleviate digestion related problems. It is a good anti-acidic

    • Stomach tonic

      Ajwain seeds soaked in water for a night and its water is taken next morning. This helps in stomach diseases as it cures digestion and acute dyspepsia.

  • That can be tough on a lightworker being in a full house and channeling others emotions, it causes me undue stress (and other things) I notice when I am engaging in good self care and managing my energy I feel better. I also switched over to a vegan diet to help me. I agree about the wheat and dairy......

    • i have switched to a vegan diet within the last 3 months and I was marveling on how easy and nice it is on my digestion.....veganism is full of easily digestible and 'mellow' foods.....

  • Try some green tea with a few slices of fresh ginger

  • Such as papaya fruit

  • Basically any food which contains material your body produces - anything you can thus eat.

    The ancients made their houses from material extracted in environments that had all the material their bodies were already producing.....
