On this episode of the Truth Perspective, we discussed what is perhaps the most often asked question: what is the meaning of life? Is real spirituality based on rules and doctrines, or something else? And if we aren't really practicing spirituality, how do we do so? At the end of the show we also had some brief comments about the recent shooting in Orlando.

RELIGION: beleive in and worship of a superhuman, supreme being
But since 'worship' distinguishes it from beleiving in say an ET, and worship is subjective, we find problems truely defining 'religion'.
Same happens when we go dipper to what 'spirituality' as an event is exactly as opposed to just guiding someone to the correct usage of the word. Essentially, we define ostensively. But when what we want to define is subjective, we encounter problems as we can't communicate it to other people.
With that, I suggest that we should stop at defining 'spirituality' as 'the concern of the unseen'. This definition leaves out the details such as motives etc to the individual persuing the unseen things. It is much like defining 'meditation' as sitting cross leged and becoming silent for sometimes as if to get concerned with things that are not directly perceptible. In other words, we stop at the need for COMMUNICATING using the word and not at defining the process of meditation itself. This is because being subjective, it may mean different things to different people. Same applies to spirituality, religion etc.
