Let us summarize what we know about ET societies. Something is revealed in Walsch`s Conversation with God, some we have seen in channellings.
# they are conscious;
# they understand without speaking;
# they have telepathic abilities;
# kids are raised by estimated elders in common sense;
# they have no money;
# they have no need for greed and jealousy;
# their juridical system is based on consciousness
# their technical enhancements allows them having no hunger and overpopulation, otherwise they find new places to live at.
In comparison to ETs, humans are like this:
# only a few are conscious;
# only a few understand without speaking;
# telepathic abilities are underdeveloped;
# kids are mostly considered property of parents;
# money makes the world go around;
# greed and jealousy is a main human stimulant;
# human tech enhancements have become a danger of self - destruction.
A simple minded individual might now come up with the conclusion: see, an ET society can properly work because their individuals fullfill the conditions of a properly working society. The conditions are conscience, enhanced soul abilities, no greed and jealousy and enhanced science for the sake of the individuals - all things humans do not fullfill.
The individual is tempted by his mind thinking, that such ET pattern would be the perfect solution if adaped by humans. The ET example thus serves as model of a well working society. Humans fail because they lack important conditions they not have. Thus humans are doomed having wars and social difficulties.
Next step is the search for reasons humans fail. A very old pattern had been found in the teaching of original sin caused by Adam and Eve´s disobedience. Later, in a more secular way, it was explained by Achrons and evil spirit beings having influenced human being and society.
A possible conclusion would be a belief in a recovered society after having removed the evil elements from disturbing humans - this should enable having a good working living together. Some call it shift from 3D to 4D or 5D.
In my understanding all mess in human society is not simply explained by evil influences, nor does any ET pattern simply expose improvements humans could urgently need. I simply think that any human mess is not coming from human disability and lack of conscience, but from the phenomenon FREEDOM itself. To say it more simple - I believe, the problems of human societies are directly related to FREEDOM humans are generally born in. Problems about awareness and living freedom are side effects - this is another chapter.
The essence of freedom is unfolding in ways according freedom. Freedom is allowing to unfold in ways even appearing against freedom. Any freedom approach must allow even ways apart from freedom.
Generally, freedom is the way to lead into equilibrium and balance. Therefore freedom is the way of creation, the way of unfolding being into being. It guarantees processes of finding equilibrium. In freedom all can appear and disappear, can thrive and find boundaries. In freedom each unfolding of being can test it`s existence, whether it can be stable or not. It opens ways to let creation find it`s unfoldings.
This is the reason for both, light and darkness, above and below, sweet and sour, large and big - freedom allows contradictions.
I consider all messes in human society not from a lack of ontological components, like awareness and special powers and wills, no, this is not the question. In this regard humans always lack something. It is the essence of freedom which allows messes, and we as humans must deal with it in human ways. The history of revolutions is one attempt breaking free, another is the history of utopianism.
From there I doubt any ET interference in building a new human society will make social messes disappear, for we live always under the verdict of feedom.
Let me be clear in this. Any wish of ET interference for creating a good working human society by forcing humans to become aware or by demanding special constitutions are not more than sophisticated fascism and another form of nazi camps.
I am aware that I`m imperfect and lack in many ways, but I am also aware I`m living under the verdict of freedom, which is the ontological basement of all Being. And this verdict is connected with many difficulties I live with. I refuse the belief of 4D or 5D being without difficulties. I don`t need another nazi camp.
A really knowing ET society would never interfer in human social stuff by forcing anything. An aware ET nation would deeply know the essence of freedom...

Because they KNOW that all are connected through the fatherfragment.
They KNOW that if they hurt someone or their planet , they hurt themselves.
They follow the definition of love that the Urantiabook teach :
"the desire will to do good onto others"
Good and evil are both necessary to maintain balance, one must not think of this reality in terms of dualities but as one whole universe where everything is necessary. I believe this is why enlightened people do not judge, they only teach.

..i dont agree here... its not Love... its the conditions that create Love...
Love is like a flower, and for to blossom in all its glory it needs sun, clean water and air, nutritious soil... it cannot grow and expand by itself... once all these contitions are met, Love will grow,\ and spread around in everything and everyone, and have as a result a balanced peaceful society...
Without love, how are conditions made?

yes.. althought u have a point here... the conditions usually are made from the need to survive...
all throughout the human history, humans didnt survive and changed themselves due to Love...
they have done it because of their survival instincts, and because they are capable to adapt...
maybe some of them are aware enough to act with Love in the first place... but most of them just react to outer circumstances...
the better the circumstances are, the more aware people can become... the more aware that people become, the more Love they show...
till they can get to a point that they will change their conditions consciously and out of Love... but we havent got to that point yet as humans..
..but we are always ascending in awareness, and thats the good point... step by step..
