What's going on?? Why do I always worry??

Every second I feel I am a banana peel slip away from hell lately in my psyche!! What is going on?? I know we create our own personal realities in our minds, but how can I shift into the thinking pattern where all is well??? I want so badly to be a part of the golden age, but am still struggling as of late! Maybe more than usual recently!! Any thoughts??

    Yes,  I may need to clear the fear (anxiety) patterns of thinking, maybe with the occasional meditation, uh and medication, lol!!

    I notice in myself forward upward movement and then at times I feel as I backslide, but we have to remember to be patient with ourselves. Are you meditating? Praying? Connecting with nature? The sacred time you set aside for yourself is the best offense and defense for anything on this planet.

    I think that sometimes in this process it is easy to judge our feelings as right or wrong or not ascendEd enough, but in faCt that is not true. Can you feel the feelings around your worry and have compassion for it? One of my things I do when I feel worry I step back and breath and to try to come from faith.

        Hello there.....exercise will decrease stress and worry as well. Exercise helps with depression. I think It helps rewire the brain.
