- Firstly those who are meat eaters should change to a plant based diet or a vegan diet or a Vedic Vegan diet.
Secondly those who are on a plant based diet should change to a vegan diet or a Vedic Vegan diet.to
Thirdly those who a vegans should change to vedic vegans.
- Fourthly those who are vedic Veg should change to minimum food and then to beyond food.
What's the difference Between a Plant-Based and Vegan Diet?
Here it tells you the difference @
NOW A VEDIC VEGAN ...which is me :
Vedic Vegan follows Ayurveda which classes food into 3 groups.
E1-MODE OF GOODNESS
2-MODE OF PASSION
3- MODE OF IGNORANCE
So I am Vegan but avoid all foods that are classed in the Mode Of Passion and Mode Of Ignorance and
all dairy products although they maybe classed in the Mode Of Goodness they are still animal products.
I avoid Foods such as Onions, Garlic, Hot chillies and mushrooms plus a few others that come under the Mode Of Passion and Mode Of Ignorance.
Dairy Products although classed in the Mode Of Goodness is still an animal product and the cows are not looked after properly and forced to give milk so the milk that they give is not healthy.
Vegans also say that the milk from the cows and honey from the bees is not for human consumption as they produce only for themselves and also they come under animal products.
Besides Vegans say don’t eat anything that has eyes.
So I found the best way to be is VEDIC VEGAN taking the best out of Ayurveda ( but avoiding animal products ) and taking the best out of Vegan ( but avoiding the Foods in the Mode Of Passion and The Food Of Ignorance )
BEING VEDIC VEGAN IS THE BEST CHOICE
