1 - Is the food cooked fresh...it must be fresh not yesterdays heated up..it must have good vibes, good energy and good taste 

2 - Is it cooked with love ..is all ingredients good ..all organic is best ..next all natural ..good taste 

3 - Is it served with love ..served hygenically, with care, and cleanliness 

These 3 have many branches but if they pass the test then eat or find a better place

  • You probably wouldn't like to eat on the international space station. It's actually good that you get exposed to some level of bacteria...I've eaten moldy bread and stale bread as well, and it didn't kill me. The only danger you need to look out for in food, is poison. Something that interacts directly adversely in the blood stream. In that sense I'd almost call alcohol at least a soft poison in many respects, and it is consumed daily. And this over obsessive act of cleaning things, exposing every dish we own to alcoholic properties time and again, can make us very prone to illness indeed. Simply due to the fact, that your immune system is more prone to coming down with an illness when it is isolated away from bacteria at all for too long. Water alone is a natural cleaning agent, but too much chemically produced soaps, cleaners and sanity provisions are actually a detriment to our immune systems. So much so that it can actually cause it to turn against itself, unless it has something to fight against. The same exact effect can be triggered if you sleep with your window open or closed at night. You build up enough natural immunity through exposure to environmentally air born bacteria this way. So in many respects, over medicating yourself will make you sick if your weakened immune system has been compromised through abandonment. I'm not saying eat food that doesn't taste very good, or is made with a lack of care given to its preparation. But over saturating it by taking out essential nutrients that do serve a purpose, isn't always the solution.
