What's the Plan?

Since being down here in San Diego I've noticed that there is a lot of military activity going on here?  There are several naval and marine bases in there area where I'm currently located.  The navy has been bringing in lots of ships, the other day a missile frigate came in and they were conducting test fire operations.  Plus three air craft carriers came in, loaded up some planes and what not and then left.

Now I noticed that the marines have been conducting (landing craft) operations and test invasion operations? So what is the plan, what is really going on?

There have been lots of transports coming in, picking stuff up and leaving, they are all heading to the west in the Pacific Ocean?

Very strange?

Coming from a warrior this may sound strange, but I hope they are not planning some invasion of some country?  I'm sick of wars and the destruction that is being wreaked in the name of "democracy" and "freedom"!!

All of this is just making me "SICK" of this world!!~_~

  • Military people always like to be busy on stuff...always planing the next operation..always believing that they are here to save the day... they just like all this paranoid theater, in their busy minds...

  • I live there too, and I haven't noticed any activity out of the ordinary. It's Pendleton that's being friggin' loud. ships and planes are always coming and going. We have tons of military here, so it's always going to look like something's going on.
    • Oh you're in San Diego?.....what part?

I'm staying on Harbor Island on a boat with a friend of mine.....so when we take the boat out on the bay we go right past all kinds of naval and marine bases (Miromar) is one of them. Well we were checking out the marines practicing beach assaults and landings when we went to LA yesterday.
