'Opening to Channel' by Sanaya Roman (in my opinion) is one of the best books on the 'how to' of channeling. It's my favourite book on channeling, because way back in 2004, my beloved Guide introduced himself through this book.
According to Sanaya, "The focus of this book is on how to channel a guide. All of the processes can be used to connect with and channel your higher self as well.
