  hey, i too hear creaking, and banging, in intense moments and the people around me hear it too. They re like whats that? Anyways the last time i heard a lot of cracking was in Switzerland talking to the spirit of a troll.

  sometimes when i am very anxious, or in a state of intense spiritual awareness/buzz, the walls around me start clicking...clicking way more than would naturally happen thru "house settling" etc...

  funny How you said that you enhanced hearing abilities sometimes and I relate to that 100% because when I was at the park with my little sisters and brother ,i would hear kids playing like if they are around me 10 to 15ft away but  when i looked they were far away now I was very shocked by this when it happens but as far as to keep it we must ground ourselfs alot.

  I experience the same things... my roof is like scratching.. tv just makes some weird crack sound.. my computer also.. i see some flashes of purple or white litle suddenly.. and i can see soo much energy in my room.. its pretty amazing at first hand :D

  Hi hi yes the television has been playing up for a year now at home,the screen goes all funny after I have been in the house and my computer just has a mind of its own and rarely never wants to work with me anymore! I have been hearing a constant humming too could be wifi as that has just been put in. Lights too twice when my sister was with me staying, a laser like beam that shone so bright we thought it might have been car lights but curtains thick and closed so couldn't have been. Exciting times!!

  in deep meditation when i get into the silence there is some form of brightness that appears everythings makes sense when that happens :)

  and yes it is.

  but the strangest twitches i get is when i sleep .my whole body somtimes twitche"s at once.

  the symptoms of the upgrades can be somtimes uncomfortable but yet internallly blissful when balanced and silenced. much love and light.

  Well, most likely you hear them during night or after the sun sets,

  because you can actually notice them when there are less noises (or when you pay attention when you meditate),

  And maybe, if you live in a place where the weather is hot, or the sun heat up, wood is good to maintain the temperature, so after being hot all day, when the cold night falls, the releasing of the heat cause the wood to contract, producing cracking noises, this is commonly heard in roofs with a wood structure.

  This is called Thermal Expansion.

  And if you hear it near your TV, I'm sure it is because it is on top or near a wood stand or something like that.

    it is very windy and itgets cold arouns where i live

    but thats not the only thing i exp. i feel great chills on certain parts of my body must be the angels making their presence known
