the story make sense(not saying its real, can't tell for now)... and I do remember hear this law of kama when i was a kid, from some Budism master, he said that when u see injustice happen between people, do not help unless you can see all the Kama behind, otherwise don't help cos u'll damage yourself and the person you trying to help
