To answer the question we must first realize what death is. The energy body of Man has a weak spot. Eventually it becomes so weakened that Death can rupture the energy body to release our Soul as the energy bodies are ruptured. To rupture even the weakened energy body we must have Death Chaos energy Intent inside the Human energy body. This is done by the Chaos Evil injecting itself as a Walkin into the Human.
How is this done? As a foreign installation Zion: Zombie Installation Operation Negatively it must be inserted into the baby child. Well... there is lot of answers from distinct branches of knowledge.
For instance I could tell you that is it because in this way we ensure the survival of our species, because -technically- everytime we reproduce, our descendants genes are slightly better.
Could that be applied to other fields? that our soul has to depart in order to return better?
If what most people here (including me) belive is true, why not just stay here on this planet untill we learn everything we need to?

I don't think anyone should worship death, it is the error of our ways. Woe to those who put light for darkness and darkness for light, and such. Given that humans lived for 1000 years, and then down to 120, and then down to like 30 or less during the dark ages, I'd say we've gotten worse. But then again, we've gone back to up 120, and the Bible predicts we'll go back to up to 1000 again, and even beyond that into life everlasting. Consumption of food is the truth of the matrix though. It's all devouring and vampirism in the end, perhaps this is why fasting brings one closer to God.
