I KNOW! I will not say anything but my friend will answer this question. Since this last few days I am unable to explain anything. My mind is not here.
So here is her words, and I agree. It is also said much better than I can at this point, as my mind is not here!
Since what I say come out wrong today LOL, I will add something I asked my friend to EXPLAIN in words other will understand.
My question to her was WHY IS LOVE, LIGHT AND JOY IMPORTANT!
1. Do what you love because when you do what you love that brings you joy into you and your world.
2. When you do what you love, you are in alignment with what your Soul loves.
3. When you do what you love, you will naturally raise your vibrations.
4. When you naturally raise your vibrations, you will attract more joy into your life and repel the negative lower vibrations.
5. When you repel the negative lower vibrations, you will be able to side step the traps of the ego, and remain in the higher vibs.
6. When you are in joy, you bring joy to the world, and you help raise others into joy as well.
When you do this for yourself, you do it for everyone else too because We are all connected. When you attract joy, you attract love. When you attract love, you attract your twin flame. When you attract your twin flame, you increase the love in the world, and when you connect with your TF, the sparks fly like the fireworks on the 4th of July and you exponentially positively lift the world into love and joy.
That's the best I can go figure. There's one more thing, when you are in joy, you are better able to stay in harmony, peace and balance So when and as the Higher Self descends and the increasing, unrelenting, intensifying energies continue to pour in, you are better able to accept them and allow them to act as the 'wind' beneath your wings' to lift you even higher rather than the 'shit' that pulls you down and buries you.
So, it makes a lot of sense to get into and stay in joy for your sake and for the sake of the entire world.

Why is a positive attitude, Love, Light and Joy important

@ Marique - Totally agree, It is only now that i am learning to analize things. It is exhausting! I have always been free, free minded, spirited and a free soul. I never questioned why I do things or why I feel or why this or why that.
If the power was there it was there to be used, who cares why! Well, now I am constantly being asked, Why, why why! Some days I want to scream! Who cares! But in the end I do go and sit down and go back and say this is why! Everything in life is so this is the box. I get days when I too want to get up and say what is the point. Then I walk out the door and something, even a butterfly would remind me just what true joy is. If you have nothing else, joy becomes your food. The book of Job taught me much. LOL! I KNOW and feel every word he say in there, yet I am the richest person alive. I have love and joy.

Where attention goes; energy flows. So if i place my awareness or "tune into" different vibratory rates that bring me upliftment and empowerment i'd say this would act as an accelerator of my own spiritual evolution.
So to answer your question:
YES ; i feel it is very important to hold states of being that will liberate us from the collective ego.
...if we COULD feel to th fullest of our extent and stay in states of expansion...why not?
