Please share your thoughts my brothers and sisters .this illusion makes me tensed so when I meditate I feel the energy instantaneously which has calming effects like more patience, gentleness , and more positivity But when I stop and I get tensed , easily fired up and seriousness .

  • did you know there is a thing like: meditating too much … beyond your capacity, that’s when the pain or tension comes in (or other health issues) as Sri Chinmoy said: If you are trying to pull down peace, light and bliss from above beyond your capacity, then you may no longer get any joy or satisfaction from your earthly activities. You may come to feel that this earthly existence of yours is useless and meaningless. If you get this kind of disgust or depression, which makes you want to withdraw from the world, then you may be trying to meditate beyond your capacity.


    Meditation is taking us to the vastness of infinity, however what most don't realize that to reach light, peace, truth, no thought – only brings Contemplation.

  • The mental tension and the abnormal mental thinking are everyday normal in "the god-forsaken hell hole".
    You can remain in that state or...you can meditate.
  • We people are very complex, it's difficult to say why and what, however meditation is a tool for self-realization, Life is a tool to practice that realization. Mediation is non-active state, Life is requires action ... People often think that to 'let go of some daily challenges as 'whatever we call negative' we need to meditate - sadly it's not always the case. Perhaps you need to try some thing different (meaning if you go to the first grade for 10 years, surely you will know 1+1=2 in your sleep, but it's not expanding your being)

    Concentration is an excellent source for thoughts and present, Contemplation is a nectar for you Soul. Meditation is a state in between.

    If you feel 'agitated, basically not in your best ... ;)) - i personally would not recommend meditating (based on my personal experience, it would make t matter worse).

    Or maybe not doing anything is the best solution, just remember the feeling during your meditation and apply it to your day and as you've said to rediscover yourself?

    • You are right Ara. Life does require action and it resonates with me of what you said in the comment in which I am grateful for the kind souls that are still on this website. To be honest, as a soul experiencing this realm through this extremely sensitive body of mine, I have came to find out that being of service is where my source of spiritual nourishment is at but let you know I am really susceptible to the worlds unbalanced energy and it gets to me sometimes causing me to be tensed and etc however  like you said meditation is a great tool for self realization and life is a tool for practicing it. To compress into simplicity I just got balance myself more with the divine creator through prayer, meditation, whatever that strengthens the connection and all else will precipitate :)
