Since Christ has died

the veil is torn apart that was between

most holy place and world, 

infecting all that is, 

appearing now as though

all things are made

of that which is the opposite.

No clear light nor straightest darkness,

no pure beauty nor honest ugly faces,

no deepest truth nor senseless lies

speak for themselves alone.

They come across united.

No veil keeps them apart,

exceeding noblest thoughts and mind.

Thus we walk on paths distorted.

Home but not yet home at all.

Each breath and destiny is life

and death, life´s brother,

keeps it strange and dark.

If all seems lost it also seems the opposite

obeys the law the missing veil reveals.

Thus we walk while resting.

We search while having no wish.

We love while facing the cold.

We weep while being in God´s hands.

We are and we are not yet.

We lose while never being lost.

We are children of the veil.

Not angels, but rather humans...
