In the past I came across many publications that suggest our Egos where our enemies.
But there could hardly be a more harmful message directed at us as our ego is an almost inseparableĀ and very important part of our mind.
Such messages are similar to claiming you had to remove the CPU of your computer in order to make it operate better.
Instead it we should rather nurture and empower our ego (as long as it is not of an aggressive nature) as we can not solve any problems without it!
